Corporate Functions Marketing & Communications

As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.

YOUR ROLE: ABM Accenture Rooms Manager

This role is a core member of the Digital Marketing Capabilities team focused on equipping and guiding the broader Accenture Marketing and Communications organization to effectively leverage multiple digital channels. This individual will drive the Accenture Rooms client launch process and manage the ongoing client collaboration experience, utilizing product expertise to leverage tactics and tools to engage the client audiences, and analytics skills to measure and socialize results. He/she will partner closely with the product vendor, Journey Sales, to ensure a positive client experience and drive product development efforts aligned with client feedback. He/she will work with the MMS and CIO teams on user management, campaign alignment, analytics dashboards, and continuous product enhancements. He/she will work with the global account based marketers and client account teams to understand marketing objectives and guide on best practices to leverage Accenture Rooms to successfully accomplish them. This individual will also work closely with the events management team to collaborate on leveraging Accenture Rooms for client communities and ongoing event series. He/she will guide Digital Capability team members on managing internal stakeholder expectations and project management for new and existing client Accenture Rooms.


Reports to: Senior Manager, New Solutions

External Relationships: Suppliers, agencies, clients

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelors degree

+ Minimum 7 years experience, with 5 years of that comprised of technical and/or digital marketing specialization: Sales enablement, CRM, account management, and people management. Professional services or business-to-business marketing experience a big plus.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred. Masters degree a plus.

+ Broad understanding of the global business marketplace and knowledge of Accentures areas of business and overall business strategy.

+ Demonstrated skills in digital marketing and analytics across web & mobile.

+ Successful track record of mentoring and leading direct reports.

+ Ability to influence diverse stakeholders by demonstrating knowledge and becoming a trusted advisor.

+ CRM experience with Salesforce or similar tools.

+ Experience with sales enablement, account management, and community management.

+ Ability to understand and interpret data solve problems and distill data into actionable recommendations.

+ Track record of proven and measurable results.

+ Experience with business-to-business marketing a plus.

+ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.

+ Preferred experience: Experience with Web site personalization and/ or optimization tools, including: Adobe Target (or another A/B testing platform), Adobe Audience Manager (or another DMP,) Marketo, as well as CRM experience with Salesforce or similar, and Adobe Analytics. OneTrust cookie consent tool a plus.

+ Experience leveraging 1st and 3rd party data sources to deliver personalized digital campaigns and experiences
