This role is aligned within our Communications, Media & Technology Operating Unit.

A Manager within Accentures Talent & Organization practice has the following responsibilities:
Translates the strategic direction and business objectives established by clients into holistic talent management strategies.
Leverages Accentures methods, tools, and assets to design solutions for moderately complex organizational change and digital transformation challenges.
Collaborates with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters such as aligning on target business outcomes and approaches.
Confirms deliverables, resource needs, and work plans on new assignments with limited guidance from their Accenture supervisor.
Manages medium size teams and oversees team work activities to achieve milestones, quality deliverables and business outcomes.
Identifies risks and resolves complex challenges before they become issues.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with clients and Accenture executives.
Demonstrates clear knowledge and expertise to client in one or more of the following areas: HR Organization & Operating Models, Processes, Technology, and Analytics.
Projects confidence and effectively represents Accentures talent and organization consulting capabilities.

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in the following:
Relevant knowledge and practical experience in HR assessments, HR operating model design / implementation, and HR shared services modelling.
Worked on large HR transformation focused projects leading teams in detailed process design, HR organization and service delivery model design.
Knowledgeable and/or familiar with cloud based HCM technology (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud).
Able to support sales activities for large integrated HR solutions involving transformation: operating and service delivery model, employee experience, process, business case, HR technology, and business process outsourcing.
Worked on or led the transition and solution deployment for MC / HR BPS integrated programs.
HR Transformation deployment experience with moderate level of exposure to transition/deployment planning, design/execution, and business readiness / adoption.
Understanding of HR transformation methods and able to facilitate discussions and workshops of select HR leading practices.
Functional experience in select areas of HR process and service delivery (Employee & HR Services/Operations, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, HR Strategy and Organization) with the ability to develop and expand knowledge and skills in these areas.
Two (2) or more years professional consulting experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree required.
