**Key Responsibilities:**




+ Facilitate Discovery workshop with Client executives and keystakeholders.

+ Analyze key as-is organizational and departmental business processand develop to-be solution design.

+ Develop a transformation roadmap to help develop and realize thetransformation vision.

+ Develop best practices and frameworks around domains such asCollaboration, Social business.

+ Participate in the execution of transformation projects for theclient while internally coordinating several cross functional groups includingtraining and change management and application development teams.


Qualifications:


**Basic Qualifications:**




+ Existing and up to date Workday HCM certification

+ 3 years of experience with Workday products.

+ 3 years of experience in change management or training.

+ Ability and willingness to travel 50-75%.




**Preferred Qualifications:**




+ Familiarity with organizational change management concepts andapproaches.

+ Experience participating in CRM organizational change projects.

+ Experience with consulting services development.

+ Experience with developing training curricula and materials.

+ Experience conducting technology training to users.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

+ Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be creativewithin a team.
