Accenture Student Empowerment Program (ASEP)

The Accenture Student Empowerment Program (ASEP) , is a mentorship and professional development program aimed to enhance the college experience of diverse and female underclassmen and build diverse student leaders. Upon acceptance into the program, you will be paired with a mentor who will help you learn about consulting and better define your interests, goals, and career path.

ASEP typically begins in June and ends in May of the following year. As an ASEP fellow you will:

+ Develop a relationship with your mentor

+ Participate in Learning Series Calls where you will gain insight into professional development tips and advice, specifically tailored to where you are at in your academic career

+ Develop a professional network and practice your networking skills

+ Attend professional development activities


Your Experience:

ASEP fellows are well-rounded with a consistent track record of outstanding academic performance and high learning agility. We are looking to build strong long-lasting relationships with students who are driven and eager to learn!

Preferred ASEP Qualifications

+ High-achieving diverse students

+ 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA

+ Involvement in extracurricular activities

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration
