Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accentures $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada). Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accentures leaders, and engages and inspires the companys North American people, recruits and alumni. YOUR ROLE:Account Based Marketing Lead North America Market Together with industry and local marketing colleagues, the North America Account Based Marketing (ABM) team works hand-in-hand with Accenture client account teams to design and deliver strategic, targeted and insight-led marketing programs. These programs aim to increase client mindshare, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth within specific North America priority accounts. The team combines the best of marketing content and events with bespoke and innovative tactics to create differentiated client experiences to help clients understand the value Accenture can help them create. Role description

The North America Account Based Marketing Lead will lead a team, including 3-5 direct reports and their support staff that comprise the North America ABM team. This team will be highly visible to both business and marketing leadership as it will be their responsibility to build a thriving ABM center of excellence in Accentures largest market, North America. This team will be laser focused on building wow client experiences that strengthen client relationships and drive new pipeline opportunities at some of Accentures most strategically important accounts. It will be at the bleeding edge of harnessing Accentures content and tailoring it for key buyers and specific accounts in new and creative ways using the latest and greatest marketing technology and tools that Accenture can bring to bear. Put simply, this team and what it is building is being looked to as the future of what Accenture marketing can become. To succeed in this role the North America ABM Lead must provide the strategic leadership, structure, and guidance to help the team design and execute ABM programs for their accounts. Essential to this role are the ability to create a clear strategic vision for ABM that focuses and rallies the team, and then deliver the coaching, resources and hands-on support to help the team deliver on it with consistency and quality. You must deeply understand the content and campaigns focused on Accentures growth drivers that your industry, service, and geographic marketing colleagues develop. You will then lead the effort to combine these trends, content programs and delivery tools with your ABM teams knowledge of account priorities to build a scalable ABM machine that can support more and more accounts over time. Across your programs, you will align with the business on objectives for the 3 Rs (Reputation, Relationships and Revenue) and track the associated KPIs outlined in your marketing plans to measure and optimize your on-going impact on those objectives.

Primary responsibilities include:

+ Lead coaching and career development for the North American ABM team such that it becomes a true center of excellence and an example of best in class ABM both internally and externally.

+ Be the ongoing voice of the client to both the North America marketing leadership team and Global marketing leadership groups so that content, campaigns and marketing programs developed at the center are relevant, business driving and executable down at the client level.

+ Provide guidance, remove roadblocks and provide hands support so that the ABM team is fully enabled to design and deliver client relevant messages and experiences that are aligned with Accentures purpose and growth drivers.

+ Be a strategic partner and voice of marketing to account teams and key business stakeholders to ensure activity is aligned to their growth objectives and Accentures brand purpose.

+ In partnership with the other global ABM leads, and the Accenture marketing delivery excellence group, lead the development and maintenance of a best in class ABM infrastructure that is truly an enabler for all ABM practitioners. This will include but is not limited to:

+ ABM Dashboards that capture the key objectives, metrics and KPIs across the 3 Rs of the client experience: Reputation, Relationships and Revenue.

+ ABM Marketing technology tools critical to ABM success (e.g. Salesforce, Eloqua, digital creative and asset tools, 3rd party B2B data providers, etc)

+ Standardized ABM templates and processes that capture what good looks like.

+ Lead and manage an overall North America ABM marketing budget and be the primary orchestrator with outside agencies and suppliers that scale across multiple accounts.

Basic Qualifications

+ Minimum of 15 years intergrated marketing experience

+ Bachelor's Degree or other four-year university degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

+ Professional services and/or B2B marketing experience required with particular focus on marketing strategy. Account based marketing or pursuit / deal-based marketing experience highly desirable

+ People management experience

+ Broad marketing skill set and proficiency in marketing data management and campaign reporting. Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM desirable.

+ Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at very senior level within a large, matrixed organization

+ Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, proven track record managing a team, and real collaborative and team-player attitude

+ Excellent project management skills and evidence of successfully managing complex portfolio of projects in a deadline-driven environment

+ Creativity, flair and innovation in how to achieve cut-through and differentiation for campaigns

+ Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels to both internal and external audiences

+ Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
