Job summary:

The Digital Analytics Manager oversees the production and delivery of Analytics services for which the client is contracted and drives the successful execution of analytics in support of the overall digital program. This manager has Advanced marketing and digital analytics skills. This role will lead their Digital Analytics Consultants to create measurement strategies, define quantitative opportunity models using client data, work across analytics / data platforms to craft a data story and then presents the findings to the client.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years)

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or digital analytics

+ Minimum of 5 years of direct experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience leading project delivery in an agency or client-facing environment

+ 2 years of experience responding to an RFP, assisting with building client relationships and sales revenue.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Knowledge of statistics, particularly as they pertain to A/B and MV testing

+ Able to be lead analyst on any range of project type/size.

+ Able to problem solution on the spot with difficult, atypical problems.

+ Ability to communicate with both business and technical resources, particularly the skill of expressing complex issues with clarity & simplicity.

+ Familiarity with one or more website testing platforms (Google Content Experiments, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Monetate, SiteSpect, etc.).

+ Experience with business intelligence/data platforms (Tableau, Domo, PowerBI).

+ Knowledge of Javascript or other scripting languages.

+ Has strong understanding of a customers digital journey, the platforms leveraged to deliver that journey, the data-types one would capture throughout that journey, and how one might look to measure across and optimize that journey.

+ Is able to identify and act upon teachable moments with mid and associate level analysts and identify goals to help counselees develop and fulfill career path.

+ Seamlessly executes with little to no oversight.

+ Incredibly proactive in identifying and solving problems for both client and Accenture.

+ Looks for areas of opportunity for the team internally and with clients and applies deeper knowledge and skill set to be more proactive in all aspects of a project.

+ Ability to handle larger-scale projects, problems, and SOWs.

+ Builds strong internal & external network / relationships with clients.

+ Is able to join a call 'cold' and add value based on their knowledge and client touch.

+ Amazing touch with clients and internal teams - tailors accordingly to personalities and demonstrates empathy along the way. Communicates just what is needed, not too much, and not too little.for effective handoffs, in a lingo people understand.

+ Levels up execution via process management and people management - processes/capabilities/approach/strategies/templates.

+ Strong expertise and high depth of knowledge across all Analytics competencies and core communication skills.
