Job summary:

The Adobe & Google Analytics Consultant delivers intermediate Analytics sevices for which the client is contracted and drives the successful execution of analytics in support of the overall digital program. This Consultant works within the their delivery team to create measurement strategies, define a quantitative opportunity model using client data, works across the analytics/ data platforms to craft a data story and presents the findings to the client.

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (5 years).

+ Minimum of 2 years of experince in digital marketing and/or digital analytics.

+ Minimum of 2 years of direct experience with Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience in an agency or client-facing environment.

+ Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

+ Able to tell a data story with ease in a manner which all understand.

+ Has an intermediate understanding of a customer's digital journey, the platforms leveraged to deliver that journey, the data-types one woudl capture througout that journey, and how one might look to measure across and optimize that journey.

+ Proactive in identifying and solving problems for both client and Accenure/

+ Has ability to think on their feet to answer basic questions.

+ Has ability to buddy up with new mid / associate level team members.

+ Able to be an anlalyst on a varaiety of projects.

+ Able to problem solution on the spot with difficult, atypical problems..

+ Ability to communicate with both business and technical resources, particularly the skill of expressing complex issues with clarity & simplicity.

+ Familiarity with one or more website testing platforms (Google Content Experiments, Adobe Target, Optimizely, Monetate, SiteSpect, etc.).

+ Knowledge of statistics, particularly as they pertain to A/B and MV testing.

+ Knowledge of Javacript and other scripting languages

+ Seamlessly executes with little to no oversight.

+ Builds solid rapport with internal team and client stakeholders.

+ Is able to identify and act upon teachable moments with associate level analysts and identify goals to help counseless develope and fullill career path.
