The Accenture Technology practice is seeking a Adobe Partnership Leader to assist regional Adobe practice & market development leaders in planning and facilitating in market sales growth activities. This includes activities such as Adobe ops management, commercial & agreements management and overall initiatives & play enablement by coordinating and building relationships with the Adobe Alliances teams.

This individual will be responsible for executing regional demand generation events, manage Accentures OPN, manage and support Adobe SI award submissions and help build references & use-cases that include internal and external communications.

The position will work with multiple Accenture executive stakeholders supporting the Adobe business, such as Adobe Practice Leaders, Adobe Regional Leaders, Business Development, Market Development, Marketing, and Operations. In addition, this role will interface directly with Adobe teams in the coordination of joint business activities. As such, audit and tracking of our co-sell credit, and correcting Adobe alliances when they have mistakes or gaps.

This individual must have strong communication skills, the ability to work with diverse cross-functional teams, and the ability to balance multiple initiatives at one time.

The work

+ Sales & Pipeline Operations:

+ Evolve and enhance regional reporting processes to monitor existing sales, pipeline and sales conversion activities

+ Participate in regional sales review calls with cross functional sales teams to be aware of sales activities & determine where we deserve ACV credit

+ Prepare reports and materials for quarterly business reviews (internal + joint with Adobe) with Adobe alliances team counterparts and in coordination and partnership with Market Development leads

+ Retain view of regional go-lives, and coordinate with global operations team to retain a holistic view of Accenture implementations, go-lives & create internal & external communications to generate market excitement and demand

+ ACV & Sales Record Quality Assurance:

+ Work with account teams to ensure opportunities are tagged correctly in MMS per coding guidelines & Accenture is tagged correct in Adobes ACV trackers

+ Regional Growth Initiatives:

+ Plan and schedule in market demand generation and sales origination activities: such as, Accenture & Adobe offering briefings, enablement sessions, webcasts, regional demand gen events and regional QBRs with Alliances

+ Work with regional Accenture MU leadership and Market Development leads to jointly execute account planning activities between Accenture and Adobe for priority accounts

+ Monitor account updates as a part of pipeline reporting process

+ Sales Enablement Support:

+ Work with regional Accenture Adobe leadership and global Sales Enablement team to develop win stories, harvest credentials and facilitate other marketing and enablement activities

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here's what you will need

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in go-to-market strategy, sales execution or delivery

+ Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in sales execution, sales enablement, alliance management, and offering & program development in front-office CRM and Sales, marketing, customer service, e-commerce and other customer engagement applications

+ Minimum of 2 years of offering Adobe solutions

+ Bachelors degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associates degree, must have minimum of 6 years work experience

Bonus points if

+ Experience working with partners and cross-functional teams to develop business opportunities

+ Experience working alongside Adobe with focused experience in partner strategy and sales
