Job Description:

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Agile Application Development Associate Manager in Philadelphia, PA to work with the client stakeholders to review, refine and groom the features from product backlog. S/he will perform the following duties: provide a common understanding of sprint scope, delivery expectations and any risk or issues associated with the scope of the sprint; analyze current state of applications in order to fine tune them for optimal solution and performance; lead and guide cross-functional teams to design, develop and enhance business needs in line with customer expectations, and product functionality; maintain and track Cross-functional dependencies and arrange for support availability from all impacted applications (upstream and downstream); communicate amongst all other cross-functional teams for initiatives dependent between owned application and other applications; assist with developing delivery plans for scrum team initiatives in client applications, that define the allocating resources within the scrum team to user stories; create, maintain and track a user story delivery schedule; maintain and track the cross-functional team dependencies to verify the required support is available for the completion of user stories; identify key stakeholders and create a communication plan to share sprint information and sprint progress;; facilitate and schedule scrum team meetings for the assigned initiatives to understand the progress status on the development of the user story and identify any risk or issue to the completion of the user story by the scheduled due date; act as the point of contact for scrum team and other cross-functional teams to obtain and communicate team updates and progress; facilitate escalations of, and assist with resolving, issues and dependencies.

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires a bachelors degree, or its Foreign Equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or closely related field plus at least 5 years of experience in the job offered, or as an Application Scrum Master, Software Engineer, or in related IT position. Employer will accept a U.S. bachelor equivalent based on a combination of education, training, or experience defined by any foreign bachelors degree plus 3 years of IT experience. The position must also include the following experience: 5 years of experience with Scrum Master for Sprint Planning & Management; 3 years of experience in Requirement Elicitation and Analysis using BA techniques; 3 years of experience in Requirement Traceability using Rally, Jira, and HP ALM; 3 years of experience in Risk Analysis using Accenture RAT tool; 3 years of experience in Perficient on Estimation and Cost and Benefit Analysis using Standard Estimation Techniques for Agile delivery; 3 years of experience in Business Process and ER Modelling (AS-IS, To-Be models) using MS Visio.
