You Are:

about solving complex problems at the intersection of global commodities
businesses and technology. Youre experienced in the commodities trading,
within the oil and gas or utilities industries, and youre hungry to expand
your expertise and put it to use. Youre a strong communicator and
collaborator, motivated to co-create with clients and help your teammates grow.

The Work:

Enable clients to transform their businesses
with product redesigns and changes to organizational management.

+ Present
your recommendations to client executives.

+ Gather
functional requirements and create functional designs.

+ Conduct
system configuration, test planning, and execution activities.

+ Assemble,
manage, and translate large datasets.

+ Be
ready to rack up those frequent-flier miles with potential weekly travel.

Heres What You Need:

+ At least two years of experience in the
commodities trading industry.

+ The ability to engage
with clients about opportunities for commercial optimization, cost reduction,
and process improvement.

+ Strong knowledge of
industry-leading practices.

+ Willingness to learn
the language of Accenture Analytics, so you can define and position
industry-specific analytics solutions.

+ Powerful interpersonal
skills that allow you to communicate effectively with everyone from your team
members, clients at all levels, to vendors and third-party providers.

+ An undergraduate

Bonus Points If:

+ You have at least two years of experience in a
commercial or risk management role at a leading commodities trading or supply
organization, independent power producer, or midstream marketing company.

+ You have two or more
years of in-depth experience with crude markets, downstream energy, and value

+ You have experience
with crude, refined products, power, natural gas, natural gas liquids or LNG.

+ You have two or more
years of experience in a least three of the following:

markets and products


analysis and modeling

logistics (scheduling, operations, settlements)

modeling, and reporting of credit, market, or middle office risk

and controls processes and systems

implementation or support in the commodities industry

experience with a leading ETRM/CTRM platforms like OpenLink, RightAngle,
or Allegro
