Our Analytics Services Professionals, comprised of industry experts, analytics modeler builders and data analysts, deliver client value through analytics driven insights and by focusing on business outcomes. The Analytics Advisory Lead will have the following responsibilities:
Lead commercial analytics projects with pharmaceutical clients
Deliver data and BI analytics driven engagements
Support projects that involve working with Commercial Life Sciences data sets IQVIA NPA, DDD, Xponent, Plantrak, APLD, SPP, etc
Contribute in building life sciences capabilities by driving innovation and next generation analytics

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree
Minimum of 6 years of experience in advisory consulting analytics
Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Business, Statistics, Science, Economics or Analytics
Experience in leading projects and teams
Experience with machine learning models such as logistic regression, decision tree, random forest, gradient boosted tree, Naive Bayes, etc.

Professional Skills Requirements:
Experience in statistical tools languages such as SAS or R
Familiarity with relational databases and knowledge of SQL
Able to design and develop interactive dashboards using visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
Knowledge of Excel to include advanced formulas such as VBA, etc
Should have hands on experience in working on advance analytics projects involving statistical models
Possess strong business and data analysis skills with focus on pharmaceutical commercial operations across one or more therapeutic areas
