Business Process Advisory professionals apply deep industry, domain and/or analytics skills to develop business insight, share recommendations with clients, and enable the implementation that helps clients realize business outcomes-such as revenue enhancement, operating cost reduction, working capital improvement and customer acquisitions.

The Analytics Advisory Manager leads business outcomes for clients through analytics either as embedded analytics or analytics as a Service. They leverage analytics to drive next generation initiatives and innovation in their respective capabilities. This role collaborates with delivery leads, account management and operational excellence teams to deliver client value through analytics and industry best practices

Job Description

The Analytics Operations Manager will be the project manager for a life science/pharm analytics operations project. They will be the owner of key client relationships while collaborating with teams both onshore and offshore.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Oversee operations team across 6 Therapeutic Areas (TAs), each with own onshore lead. Operations includes recurring deliverables, ad-hoc analytics, and support for separate planned projects.

+ Foster strong performance by TA Leads within their respective client relationship.

+ Ensure on time and high-quality deliverables from across the team.

+ Coordinate with Offshore BPO Team Lead and Offshore AO Team Leads, who with their teams, support the daily operations and delivery for each TA.

+ Manage operations governance process, providing status summary reports, tracking and solving issues and risks, and supporting internal and external escalations.

+ Provide SDLC/ADM management for planned projects that operate across TA, that utilize business analysts, developers, and testers separate from the Core TA Lead team.

+ Coordinate with onshore and offshore solution architects and project leads.

+ Ensure design and build reviews, documentation, and stage gate checklists are completed.

+ Coordinate with team leads from Accenture's Insight Platform, which hosts the analytics platform in use (Amazon Redshift, Tableau), to review status of tickets, escalations of issues, and timing for patches and upgrades.
