Application Development Manager





Responsibilities:


Application Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Cincinnati, OH): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Development Manager in Cincinnati, OH, and the job duties are as follows:


- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.


- Develop or update project plans for information technology projects, including project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.


- Maintain applications according to SLAs.


- Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system rollouts, major/minor enhancements, and/or ongoing maintenance of existing applications.


- Identify and assess complex problems that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors, and create solutions for implementation by the team.


- Supervise a team to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications.


- Conduct project and issue management (including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting) for assigned scope of work, and make decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management.


- Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.




BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience in the IT consulting industry. In lieu of a bachelors degree, employer will accept 2 additional years of experience in the IT consulting industry.





Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:


- Utilizing SAP ECC 6.0 Human Resources Management (HCM) in both technical and functional aspect and leveraging it to implement Workday integration;


- Implementing Workday HCM Outbound and Inbound Integration using EIB, Cloud Connect, and Core Connecter including Document Transformation using XSLT;


- Designing and developing functional specifications using SAP Standard and Custom tables, User exits, Business Add-Ins (BADI), and Intermediate Document (IDoc);


- Migrating SAP Legacy system to Digital Cloud solution and integrating those solutions with other downstream applications;


- Utilizing SuccessFactors HR Learning module aspect to support business needs;


- All facets of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment;


- Driving key architectural and design decisions and suggesting improvements on ongoing performance issues;


- Managing SAP projects, including providing solutions for complex requirements on front-end, middleware, and back-end, and suggesting improvements on ongoing performance issues;


- Leading technical discussions with clients; and


- Utilizing knowledge in functions of human resource management for consumer goods industry.





Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following:


- Agile Methodology;


- Utilizing ServiceNow tool for service support; and


- Utilizing Panaya for testing.





Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
