Job Description:

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for Application Development Senior Manager positions in Minneapolis, MN to work as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Solution Architect assisting clients in analyzing functional needs in workflow management (repair, upgrade, maintenance, exchange, rapid exchange, services, setup, and part only). S/he will perform the following duties: oversee end-to-end delivery for projects/releases; lead team to implement solutions and conduct code reviews using Amdocs clarify thick Client 7.5.1, Clear Basic programming, Actuate Reports 7.0, Clarify ClearLogistics, ClearCallCenter, ClearSupport, Policies and Customers, Visual Basic 6.0,.NET and SQL Server 2005; provide end-to-end solutions, including software recommendations, for clients business needs; identify and translate system requirements into software designs; coordinate tasks with development teams in multiple countries; prioritize work to be delivered by the team to ensure timely delivery and meet the goals set by the project or program; balance the budget, staffing mix and project milestones when building work plans and schedules; meet in advance with stakeholders regarding project issues and provide a mitigation plan; select individuals for assignments to ensure teams have necessary technical, functional and project management capabilities; and oversee a team of direct reports.

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field, plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Technical Lead, Application Architect, or in related IT positions, including the following professional experience: 5 years providing end-to-end solutions for functional business needs; 5 years identifying and translating system requirements into software designs; 5 years programming using the following technologies: Amdocs Clarify Client 7.5.1, Clear Basic Programming, Actuate Reports 7.0, Clarify ClearLogistics, ClearCallCenter, ClearSupport, Policies and Customers, Visual Basic 6.0,.NET, and SQL Server 2005; 5 years building software applications for parts management, including managing the inventory (demand forecasting, ordering, returns, location, financial reconciliation) and sourcing (identifying availability within the enterprise or through aggregators or from manufacturers, comparing costs and delivery timelines) of parts; 5 years building software applications for work order management, including creation of work orders, assignment of resource to complete the order, routing of unit to be worked on to correct work group or routing the correct person to the job to be completed, communication of status, entitlement of order, and payment processing; and 5 years utilizing Amdocs Clarify 7.5.1 to perform software architecture/design and implement/deliver solutions.
