Job Description
Delivery Lifecycle professionals envision, estimate, define, build and deploy Accentures solutions using standard delivery assets to improve clients delivery approach.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:Analyzes and solves problems that are lower complexity and may be routine in nature, requiring varied responses depending on the situation. Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has some interactions with non-management levels at the client and/or within Accenture. Receives minimal instruction on daily work tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments.Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others. Individual contributor and/or oversees a small work effort and/or team.

The Reservations Application Senior Analyst works as part of a team that supports the Navitaire New Skies Reservation System and all the other products that integrates with it in the higher environments. Throughout the day to day operations the application specialist provides a variety of task ranging from application deployment, configuration and support. In this role, they will require strong troubleshooting skills across a distributed Windows environment with multiple interfaces. The application specialist will have direct interaction with clients requiring strong technical communication skills. This particular role will be responsible for the Navitaire New Skies Loyalty product and will be primarily dedicated to the application support in this focus area.


Responsible for providing technical and functional support in written and verbal form, providing resolution for technical issues for internal and external customers for Loyalty and its integration into other Navitaire New Skies products. Provide constant analysis of monitoring and tool needs and requirements for the success of the product performance and uptime. Responsible for the overall health of the applications. This includes continuous improvement in SLA s through better monitoring, escalate bug fixes for correction and system tuning. Oversee change management activity in client environments. Ensure successful recovery after application deployments and infrastructure maintenance. Carries out activities to ensure the products are functioning to deliver the appropriate customer service this encompasses troubleshooting problems, maintaining application configuration settings. Attend regularly scheduled application support triage and DevOps calls and follow up on task assignments resulting from these meetings.
