Application Technical Support Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Chicago, IL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Application Technical Support Associate Manager in Chicago, IL, and the job duties are as follows:
+ Maintain application availability as defined in the Service Level Agreement by periodically monitoring production environment and ensuring users are able to perform operations.
+ Facilitate outage resolution and restoration of service to production environment by collaborating with different teams within the organization.
+ Communicate status of applications production outages and error-resolution activities to application community during an outage.
+ Document and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure processes and activities in outage recovery is updated.
+ Schedule, track, and facilitate acceptance of changes to the production environments by using applicable Configuration Management, Change Management, and Production Service Readiness processes.
+ Schedule and track application software changes to ensure change requests are being prioritized, assigned and distributed to the development team, and completed within the given timeline.
+ Review application designs to ensure that designs meet quality standards and functional/technical requirements, including recommending functional and technical improvements.
+ Establish, monitor, and understand system metrics and problem trends reported by users to identify future application updates that will improve the applications performance and user experience.
+ Provide operational support and tier-3 technical support.
+ Support the infrastructure Service Management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services.
+ Manage or support team organization and delivery, ensuring production systems and devices are online and available with 24-hour coverages 5 days a week.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Working directly with multiple external vendors spread across multiple time zones;
+ Utilizing Agile Methodology to gather requirements, design sessions, user acceptance, production deployment, and end user communications;
+ Utilizing SharePoint, JavaScript, .NET, Power Automate, and MS SQL;
+ Database and Web UI architecture, setup, and troubleshooting; and
+ Leading Incident Management and Resolution.
Must have 1 year of experience in employing the following business and government processes: US I-9 process and regulations, and employee recruitment and onboarding.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
