People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. Business Process Specialization professionals apply expertise in a specific business process delivery capability (or capabilities) to ensure services are delivered in a manner consistent with our Standard Delivery Solutions and Service Level Agreements and drive continuous improvement.







The AR Helpdesk New Associate manages and executes general accounting processes, including management and/or execution of core financial processes such as billing, accounting, recordings, amortizations, monthly reporting, annual balance, bookkeeping, fiscal forms, tax declarations and half-year reports.










Job Description




+ Researches and resolves email cases or triages to appropriate internal team


+ Coordinates urgent and critical cases with internal teams or with appropriate vendor


+ Flexibility, especially during peak times during the month





Basic Qualifications




+ Minimum of 6-months experience in customer service and/or Help Desk








Preferred Qualifications




+ Experience using a ticketing system and/or triaging experience


+ Experience with Oracle Financial System


+ MS Office to include Excel, i.e. data entry, and Word


+ Associates or Bachelors Degree








Professional Skill Requirements




+ Eagerness to contribute in a team-oriented environment


+ Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment


+ Desire to work in an information systems environment


+ Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
