The Law Enforcement Operations (LEO) Assistant Manager is responsible for daily supervision of a delivery and process team. The Team Lead will manage the workload of the team, make work assignments, and have responsibility for developing team members. The Team Lead may be the escalation point for issue resolution and customer inquiries. You will manage effective internal and external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility. You will use consistent judgment and discretion with work directly related to the management of policies and the general operations of the business.

Job Description
Manage a team of Law Enforcement Operations agents
Enforce core values within the team and project
Manage project operations and make sure that SLAs are met on a daily basis
Be in-charge of conducting daily huddles, weekly wrap up meetings and monthly meetings with the analysts and the management team
Measure and manage the teams success
Act as a subject matter expert in all matters processed by the team

Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in a Delivery Team Lead role managing and developing teams
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer facing operations environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience with escalation management and managing projects to established SLAs
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Law enforcement experience
Reporting and analytics experience
Social Media experience
Quality and/or policy management experience
Basic troubleshooting and excel experience
