Augmented Insights Manager (Accenture LLP; Irving, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Augmented Insights Manager in Irving, TX, and the job duties are as follows:





+ Collaborate with client stakeholders to analyze user requirements, understand project needs, and establish a reliable roadmap for team.


+ Manage medium to large sized-teams and delegate responsibilities across a team to meet project deadlines. Show a strong aptitude for carrying out solutions and translating objectives into a scalable solution that meets customer needs within deadlines.


+ Oversee building end-to-end digital transformation capabilities and lead fast moving development teams using Agile methodologies.


+ Identify risks and assess complex problems that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and create solutions by applying a user-centric design approach.


+ Ensure key stakeholders are kept up to date on project progress and communicate across organizations and levels. Escalate issues up the chain of command to be resolved in a timely manner.


+ Deliver transformative solutions aligned to industry best practices.


+ Create interactive dashboards and visualizations leveraging on data visualization tools.


+ Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.





BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in IT consulting.


Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:



+ Delivering full software development life cycle using Agile and Waterfall;


+ Designing and developing applications using at least two of the following data visualization tools: Tableau, Qlik, Spotfire, or Power BI; and


+ Content curation, machine learning, and visual design.





Must have 4 years of experience in analytics, Business Intelligence, or Information Management within consulting industry.


Must have 3 years of experience in data visualization, implementing high-value solutions, and performing administrative activities across multi-environment infrastructure.


Must have 2 years of experience in working with Internet of Things (IoT).


Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
