Job description



The Location Recruiter is primarily responsible for supporting delivery of local demand for the Boston and Hartford offices (entry-level and experienced) with a primary focus on entry-level, particularly on Boston & Hartford recruiting efforts. May serve as the point of contact and bridge between the local offices and recruiting as needed.



Core Responsibilities:





+ Build relationship with location stakeholders (MD Leadership Council, OMD, HR, ERGs, Analyst Action teams, etc.)



+ Office Ambassador visible presence for recruiting



+ Accountable for the successful delivery of entry level full time and intern hiring plans in their locations



+ Plan and execute assessment days for entry level candidates



+ Plan and execute summer analyst program with planning team guidance



+ Make final offer decision for entry level candidates



+ Review candidate profiles for completeness before creating offer letters for recruiters to extend to candidates



+ On boarding assigns start dates, ensures all candidates are onboarded correctly and on time



+ Drives the development of and ensures execution of recruiting strategies and marketing efforts if needed to fulfill demand



+ Manages stakeholder engagement and updates them on recruiting metrics to help identify gaps in our recruiting process or areas of improvement



+ Works closely with the MU I&D recruiter



+ Reports to US Recruiting Location Lead Team Captain and accountable to Market Unit Recruiting Lead



+ Understands the complexity of the different profiles in entry level



+ Monitor changes in demand and metrics and adjust pipelines accordingly



+ Partner with entry-level teams (elite I&D, large campus, MD referral, etc.) to ensure a diverse slate of candidates



+ Review and provide feedback on candidates submitted for offer review to location





This role requires evening and weekend hours on occasion (this requirement heaviest in the Fall).





Basic Qualifications:





+ Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent recruiting or military experience



+ Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with exposure or direct experience in a Campus Recruiting role





Preferred Qualifications:





+ Minimum of two years of experience that includes:



+ managing others formally or informally to deliver results



+ demonstrated ability to lead and develop others



+ strong organization skills and demonstrated business judgment and acumen



+ strong written and verbal communication



+ prior experience with stakeholder management



+ passion for campus recruiting



+ ability and willingness to work in the office



+ recruiting experience (preferably entry-level/campus)







+ Demonstrated skills in the following:



+ proficient with excel and PowerPoint



+ creativity and critical thinking



+ able to make independent decisions as well as escalate where appropriate









Professional Skills:





+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian



+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
