People in the Sales career track grow pipeline and sales by supporting, managing or leading the origination and/or closing of sales opportunities in a specific area or across a range of Accenture offerings. They progress by deepening sales skills and/or developing new related skills, growing into more complex sales roles, laterally, upward, or in their current role.

The BPO Sales Director - Commercial Lending & Servicing Operations leads the opportunity sales pursuit and close opportunities using deep sales process, commercial banking industry knowledge and offering expertise. The candidate will have strong knowledge of the end to end wholesale banking (origination through servicing) AND/OR real estate processes (due diligence, lease and property finance and accounting). The candidate will understand how blended teams of onshore/offshore delivery can drive value and be able to articulate the value proposition to our clients. Should also understand associated technologies for commercial real estate OR for commercial lending.

The Sales Capture Senior Manager manages the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. Develops relationships with key buyers and decision- makers at new and/or existing clients; protect and grow the business. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally.

Job Description

+ Sell BPO services to commercial banks in end to end wholesale banking process, origination, underwriting, closing servicing

+ Build relationships and demonstrate credibility with clients throughout the sales and delivery process

+ Seek opportunity to demonstrate deep understanding of clients business challenges and objectives

+ Collaborate with clients to translate business problems and requirements into a proposed solution that can meet business need and create value.

+ Coordinate with sales lead, subject matter experts, deal team (e.g. pricing and other team members) to define the sales and solution development plan

+ Support the creation of sales collateral RFPs, etc. and assist in describing the Accenture Credit Services value proposition for each opportunity

+ Represent the solution offering to clients and internal Accenture groups

Sales Execution professionals involve multiple activities like target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value.

Sales Pursuit and Closure professionals represent individuals who manage and close opportunities through the establishment of a win strategy, ongoing qualification, coordinating all required internal approvals, identification of required resources, management of the solution/proposition development, management of client interactions during the sales process and facilitating the negotiations and closing activities.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

+ Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

+ Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.

+ Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.

+ Has some latitude in decision-making

+ Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

+ Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.

Travel up to: 75%

Basic Qualifications

+ Minimum 8 years of commercial credit experience; can include Small Business, Middle Market, Commercial Real Estate, Participations Syndications, Corporate, Equipment Finance, Commercial Banking

+ Minimum 5 years of commercial credit, lending, banking or commercial real estate industry experience including deep understanding of industry landscape and trends

+ Minimum 3 years selling outsourcing (e.g. BPO Business Process Operations) services/solutions; selling BPO commercial lending and servicing functions strongly preferred

Preferred Skills

+ Bachelors Degree

+ Experience originating and selling Banking & Capital Markets focused opportunities

+ Experience with C-level and senior executive client relationship building and relationship management

+ Experience with shaping, solutioning and negotiating large complex, creative, and innovative deals
