Account Leadership professionals work as trusted client advisors, bringing together Accenture's expertise and thought leadership to shape solutions and to solve our clients' most critical business needs. They bring together the right Accenture team to drive profitable sales growth, expand Accenture's footprint, ensure profitable delivery and influence the client's strategy.

The Account Lead is responsible for leading the onshore/offshore delivery of services for key Diamond account. The Account Lead plays a vital role in creating long-term healthy business operations and customer relationships. The key responsibility of the Account Lead is governance across all areas of our services including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.
Key Responsibilities will include:

Manage successful delivery day to day to meet exceed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators
Monitor overall performance of services and identify implement opportunities to improve
Be diligent on communications around issues and opportunities
Build a personal relationship with key client staff and obtain high level client satisfaction
Collaborate with senior management on client account management team on growth opportunities and weekly report on operations status
Create Monthly Service Performance report and present to client
Manage contract financial performance and work directly with CFM teams on forecasting and improvement plans
Remove all obstacles to customer satisfaction and or financial performance Manage 3rd party sub-contractor organizations through use of Contractor Exchange

Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of account management experience
Minimum 3 years of experience leading diverse teams across multiple locations with a team size up to 50 people or more
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Familiarity with BPO business process
Experience with Lean Six Sigma implementations in the BPO environment or Network Consulting skills
Deep networking knowledge and telecommunication skills
Strong problem-solving and analytic skills applies lessons learned to current situations and issues
Team Player aimed at group results Strong sense of ownership and takes opportunity to make a contribution beyond the job description
Must be able to travel occasionally to client locations
