The operations team is looking for a highly technical and resourceful candidate for an entry-level role on the Tech Team.
Role Responsibilities
Become a master of our Operations internal tools and processes, allowing you to troubleshoot any issues that may appear on a tool level.
Act as a diplomat and face of the Ops team during contact with Engineering teams across the world
Develop and manage platforms, databases and client based applications.
Document and send out notifications to the wider Movie Ops and Eng teams about the current open issues and workflow changes
Field questions from T1s, T2s, and other Points of Contact (POCs) including members of Engineering teams from across multiple offices and countries
Be available as emergency on-call over the weekends to ensure minimal downtime/impact of tool issues

Bachelors degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
Experience diagnosing technical issues
Strong Excel/Google Docs skills
Ability to work on tight daily deadlines
Stellar communication abilities; you are able to take technical concepts and explain them in non-technical terms
Extremely organized; you can refer to past projects/issues quickly to help understand and troubleshoot new problems
Self-motivated; youre able to work independently on issues that come in and know when to reach out for help if necessary
Naturally curious; youre innovative, extremely creative and constantly looking for ways to tweak and optimize processes

Nice to have
Previous experience with bug/ticket tracking system
Previous experience with the Youtube ingestion system
Technical writing background
