Job Description:

Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business and Integration Architect Manager in Los Angeles, CA to guide end-to-end delivery of solutions to client. S/he will perform the following duties: ensure solution delivery meets client expectations; confer with client contacts to determine problems and provide better and more efficient solutions; proficient in project management, risk analysis and estimates; oversee project financials and ensure financial goals are met; overcome resourcing challenges and escalations; guide the quality functions and work with client leadership to enable revenue growth; maintains standard of development practices to enhance health of services provided; implement processes to enable client and security compliance; integrate status reporting and metrics collection; and ensure stakeholder satisfaction; identify and implement automation ideas to be able to gain efficiency; and represent teams in cross-functional discussions, 100% adherence of client and Accenture compliance policies.

Basic Qualifications:

This position requires at least a bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a Software Engineer/Developer, Development Specialist or in a related IT position. This position also requires the following professional experience: 5 years of experience working in Epic modules, including: Resolute Professional and Hospital Billing, Claims and Bridges supporting application configuration, enhancing and customizing based on organization and user needs; 5 years of experience working in Revenue Cycle area in the health industry to understand workflows, gather requirements, and develop design; 1 years of experience in clearinghouse vendor applications, including ePremis and Optum to fasten claims processing, reduce denials and ensure the accuracy of claims revenue; 2 years of experience working with analytics, digital and robotics/process automation to drive revenue cycle improvements and increase standardization; 5 years of experience working with HL7 professional providing integrated solutions for application in the Health industry; and 2 years of experience in multiple hospital EMR applications.
