Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.

The Business Operations Specialist works cooperatively to enable the execution of delivery or product work by creating, implementing and managing a program office function. Engage key stakeholders and participate them on monitoring and reporting progress. May have responsibilities for the financial and operational management. Wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Manage large complex teams and /or work efforts ensuring high levels of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Point of contact for new business processes as needed or requested by the client and participate in business process improvement efforts, evaluating the downstream impacts of change and in support of governance and change control
Consult on proactive development front loading of key initiatives that will benefit our clients and maintain log and status of those initiatives
Client Internal point of contact for implementations about on boarding new plan sponsors, including defining requirements expectations, communicating regular on-going status updates and managing deliverables with off shore teams
Client Internal point of contact for ad hoc reporting
Manage incoming requests for clarity, timeliness and completeness, provide communications on status and priority with off shore teams and client and monitor recurrence of reporting requests for scope inclusion efficiency
Support 3rd party contractor connectivity and maintenance, including banking set ups monthly banking communications processing, fulfillment printer programming and ongoing support, etc
Drive issue and operations interruption resolution with 3rd partys contractors
Identify areas of opportunity process improvements with 3rd partys contractors
Manage client billable expenses from 3rd partys contractors, including monthly client invoicing, and enhancement SOW estimating
Point of contact for new business processes as needed or requested by the client and participate in business process improvement efforts, evaluating the downstream impacts of change and in support of governance and change control
Support Open Enrollment activities, including planning, delivery and issue resolution mitigation
Support high priority escalated issues, particularly with regard to plan sponsors, as needed.
Deep understanding of client s business needs gaps for solution, strategic business initiatives, key points of contact
