**Job Description:**



Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Business/Systems Analyst to support an application delivery program by understanding and documenting requirements, dependencies and constraints.



**Responsibilities include:**



+ Work closely with technical team and customer stakeholders to ensure fidelity of engineering tasks to the business needs of the program

+ Produce supporting documentation to advance successful design, development and implementation, including requirements logs, mockups and wireframes of user interfaces and flow charts, technical and training documentation

+ Capturing, validating, and refining business requirements for systems design and development



**Here's what you need:**



+ Experience interacting with non-technical stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate understanding of business needs and conditions and translating those into user stories

+ Experience coordinating with technical stakeholders to ensure validated/verified execution of the system solution

+ Experience producing and delivering products that support the software development lifecycle

+ Experience performing in an Agile system development and integration program

+ MS Office Experience (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)



**Bonus points if you have:**



+ Ability to define user acceptance criteria

+ Application testing experience (user acceptance, regression, etc.)

+ Experience using DevOps tools to capture, monitor, and coordinate requirements for technical delivery

+ Experience providing training and Tier 1-2 support for application users

+ Experience producing visual products to explain prospective solution designs to stakeholders for feedback and concurrence

+ Experience developing and maintaining artifacts that support successful software application deployments, such as test plans/scripts, acceptance criteria, user-oriented documentation, etc.



**Security Clearance:**



+ Active TS/SCI with Polygraph



Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below andinformation on benefits offered is here. **Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role**



California: $90,700 - $147,100



Colorado: $90,700 - $127,100



New York City: $105,000 - $147,100



Washington: $96,600 - $135,200
