Business & Technology Delivery Manager (Accenture LLP; Houston, TX): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Business & Technology Delivery Manager in Houston, TX, and the job duties are as follows:
+ Delivers E2E processes for Prospect to Cash and provides a solution that meets business requirements approved during design and refined during program increments.
+ Leads SAP configuration and customization during build phase for Prospect to Cash scope area, including driving Acceptance of Features/User Stories during program increments.
+ Works with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Solution Leaders, and client management teams to confirm delivery of required cross-process integration.
+ Coordinates with ADM Legacy IT resources on development and testing of required ADM Legacy system remediation and integration with solution.
+ Plans and executes Product Integration Testing/Business Simulation for Prospect to Cash, and integrates test plan with other E2E teams.
+ Plans and executes integrated deployment activities for their respective scope areas, including Data Loads/Conversions, Transactional Loads, and Blackout Planning.
+ Coordinates with other E2E workstreams and technical teams to plan and finalize deliverables.
+ Estimates, plans, and manages deliverable quality and timelines for Prospect to Cash and determines scope of each Product Increment based on team capacity.
+ Drives key design decisions on SAP processes and technology, and understands the impact of those decisions to cross process areas/teams.
+ Manages team staffing based on project level budget and work estimation.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.
Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Utilizing Agile methodology to deploy SAP for a complex set of business processes and client technical architecture;
+ Managing customizations in SAP, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows;
+ Driving key design decisions on SAP process and technology; and
+ Working with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) for automation of business processes in SAP.
Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:
+ Working on SAP configuration for Sales & Distribution (SD) and Cross Team Integration areas, including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Logistics Execution (LE), and Finance and Controlling (FI-CO);
+ Working with SAP FSCM and SAP Document Compliance solutions;
+ Utilizing DevOps for Program Increment planning, test prep, and execution; and
+ Utilizing ABAP programming language and identifying enhancement points for solutions to complex business processes.
Must have 2 years of experience utilizing SalesForce CRM, GetPaid, and Informatica.
Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
