Job Description

The C-Suite Executive Administrative Support Professional provides the highest level of executive support and serves as the primary contact for the most senior executive roles within Accenture. This individual works with the Executives Chief of Staff and others to support the executive at the most effective and efficient level.

Key Responsibilities
Represent the executive and act as a liaison between executive(s) and their management, peers or organization, with responsibility of action within pre-agreed limits. This individual is the Executives first point of contact.
Ensure timeliness, quality and cost effectiveness of output/deliverables
Act as interface between client and executive(s) teams. May make decisions on behalf of executive, understanding the potential impact of the actions taken.
Develop relationships with executives clients, other top executives within the company, and their EAs.
May assist with management of executive's budget (check charge numbers, monitor expenses against budget, personal accounts, OG accounts, TRs, etc.) and identify corrective actions
Handle confidential information relevant to the strategy of the business, OG, etc.
Create, manage and maintain databases/spreadsheets to address the executives actionable items.
Anticipate travel needs of executive and coordinate complex travel arrangements, typically involving multiple changes and destinations based on understanding of executives availability and obligations taking into consideration other top executives, top clients, etc.
Manage and maintain complex calendars and coordinate appointments, meetings, conference calls, etc. for executives, including extensive rescheduling. Keep executive informed, as needed.
Manage all aspects of meeting planning, coordination and communication, keeping to budget and meeting objectives.
Create, manage and maintain databases to address the executives business needs.
Host visiting senior Accenture global personnel by greeting them, providing space and high quality administrative support when appropriate.
Remain up to date on factors affecting each executive's area of responsibility (e.g. client/industry knowledge, issues facing the executive, global internal organization, etc.).
May assist with personal business as and when appropriate.
Prepare a range of correspondence/communications according to company guidelines to be sent by executive to Global OG, country/GU personnel, top clients, etc.
Review and sort paper-based and electronic mail, identifying action required and taking action where appropriate.
Handle a variety of special requests at the request of the executives.

Key Skills
Organization and multi-tasking skillsable to simultaneously manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of projects in a proactive fashion, and deliver and perform to senior management timelines is critical. Must be able to meet hard deadlines
Strong communication skills
Intermediate-advanced MS Office and Outlook skills a plus
Travel management experience a requirement
