Corporate Functions Marketing + Communications As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.



YOUR ROLE: Campaign Management - Sustainability



The role of Campaign Manager for our Sustainability Growth Platform is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned marketing professional to play a key role in our next-level marketing campaign strategy and delivery at Accenture.



Responsibilities





+ Collaborate with Sustainability Marketing & Communications directors to design a high-impact marketing campaign strategy



+ Collaborate with marketing channel owners to design a 360-degree activation strategy with the customer experience / journey at the heart of the campaign promotion plan.



+ Consult with campaign owners on the overall campaign narrative / message and the assets needed to keep the message in market over time in a way that engages target audiences (awareness, consideration, and conversion)



+ Take a lead role in annual and ongoing marketing planning efforts to ensure campaigns will deliver on business objectives



+ Engage regularly with market and industry Marketing & Communication colleagues to ensure a well-integrated campaign promotion plan



+ Support implementation of campaigns, including emails, landing pages, blogs, marketing content, sales collateral, client case studies, meetings and events consistent with Accentures go-to-market strategy.



+ Work with stakeholders to prioritize projects and ensure marketing messaging and content meets all needs.



+ Analyze and evaluate campaign impact and make optimization recommendations to ensure campaign goals are achieved



+ Identify points of integration across Sustainability campaigns as well as those campaigns originated by other business units







YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications





+ Minimum 10 years of Marketing experience with primary focus on Campaign Management including significant experience developing cross-channel, data-driven marketing that delivers strong return on investment





Preferred Qualifications





+ Experience with integrated planning, with particular emphasis on customer experience and engaging customers at different stages of their journey





Professional Skills





+ An analytical approach with proven ability to optimize campaign performance based on metrics-based insights



+ Communicate and behave in a manner that commands trust and authority from external and internal stakeholders.



+ Ability to align and move people and organizations into action with demonstrated ability to communicate your ideas and plans in ways that build credibility, inspire and align people and motivate action.



+ Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workflow across teams and departments, consistently meeting deadlines and motivating others to do the same.



+ Ability to prioritize and switch gears quickly between multiple projects. You successfully plan and coordinate workflow across teams.



+ Proven track record of results



+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian



+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
