Job Description

Customer Service professionals build on a customer-centric service strategy to deliver foundational organization, business process, and technology capabilities required to deliver an optimal customer service.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.

Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.

Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.

Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.



Basic Qualifications

Bachelor Degree
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales Force
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hands-on role in conducting requirement gathering and design workshops, preparing solution and functional blueprint, leading and coordinating solution design and deployment across multi-dimensional teams

Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree
2 or more CRM SalesForce.com functional certifications in one of the following: Marketing Cloud, CRM, Service, Community, CPQ, Field Service or Analytics
In-depth understanding of Omnichannel CRM functional capabilities including customer engagement, sales, service, community, CPQ, Field Service, Analytics and integration with digital channels
Understanding of futuristic CRM trends including IoT, AI and analytics
Understanding or working knowledge of other CRMs; SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Pega
Very strong communication skills,
Ability to articulate and explain complex concepts
Creative and pro-active thinking, and situational adaptation of these skills
Ability to quickly connect business requirements to the functional capabilities of an application and assess the applicability of different product technologies to business problems
Desire to be hands-on and in the field, guiding implementations and teams in creating the best solution and ensuring the success of that solution
Functional industry experience in two or major industries
Extensive Project management, client facing and negotiation skills
