We are seeking a Principal level consultant to join our growing Accenture Real Estate Solutions (ARES) Consulting team. This manager position will play a key role on large corporate real estate consulting engagements responsible for the oversight and execution of real estate transactions on behalf of our clients. This role will involve the negotiation and management of a variety of leased space transactions (renewals, acquisitions, terminations and subleases) along with owned property acquisitions and dispositions. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams within Accenture and our clients to ensure transaction execution aligns with strategic and financial objectives.

Assist with the implementation of strategic portfolio plans that align with clients real estate goals and business objectives

Assist with and lead the transaction management function of a variety of corporate real estate consulting client engagements

Establish and maintain real estate transaction communication with internal stakeholders

Coordinate and lead negotiations and management of transactions

Develop reports and presentations to client senior management

Lead and/or facilitate client meetings

Assist with the development of standard forms, playbooks and procedures

Prepare financial analysis of alternative scenarios and identify occupancy cost reduction opportunities

Coordinate the selection and management of third-party real estate brokers

May provide supervision for other Accenture team members

Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant consulting, corporate real estate or real estate brokerage experience

5+ years of experience leading delivery of one or multiple projects

Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting or comparable discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years of Consulting / Client Relationship Management experience

5+ years of demonstrated team workstream leadership experience

Strong client presence. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing functional/technical concepts to all audiences

Ability to manage a virtual global team environment that contributes to the overall timely delivery of multiple projects

Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks, where repeating tasks are executed efficiently with accuracy and discipline

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to data visualization tools a plus (i.e. Tableau, Power BI)

Help with the selling process including writing proposals and giving product demos

Significant supervisory, coaching and hands-on project management skills

Advanced degree or Certification in Business / Real Estate (i.e. MBA, MCR, PMP, etc.)
