Job Description

Supply Chain and Operations house individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

- Analyzes and solves problems that are low complexity and may be routine in nature where answers can be readily obtained.

- Interacts with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors. Likely has limited direct exposure with non-management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.

- Receives moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.

- Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others.

- Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Supply Chain and Operations

Professional skills:

Demonstrates expertise in any of the following Supply Chain and Operations areas:

Proven ability and experience in interacting with business leads to document and define implementation strategies, business requirements and solution design related to supply chain and operations processes

Ability to apply critical thinking skills with analytical and long range strategic planning skills

Defines processes to optimize work and avoid re-work

Procurement and Sourcing end user or implementation experience

Transportation and Distribution end user or implementation experience

Supply Chain and Operations Analytics

Resolves problems quickly and effectively using creativity and innovation

Develops simple and easy to understand frameworks and formats to present information and ideas

Capable of managing multiple priorities and meet closely-spaced, ambitious timelines

Organizes and manages work effort of self and others to provide quality service in a productive and cost-effective manner

Adopts, cultivates methods and tools that improve personal and team productivity

Team player with the skillset to effectively collaborate across multiple areas

Excellent oral and written communication and skills
