Job Summary:

A CIO Associate Manager leads key roles within a CIO initiative or the operations support effort for CIOs existing application portfolio, infrastructure and architecture. CIO Associate Managers are expected to utilize Project and Operations tools and processes depending on initiative or operations role, oversee key components of the overall work effort, provide supervisory guidance, help drive work planning activities, help measure progress, resolve core issues or follow-ups, influence content and ensure quality.

CIO Associate Managers are typically sourced from one the following capability areas (talent segments):
Software Engineering
Business & Technology Integration
Technology Architecture
Program Project & Service Management
Management Consulting (Human Performance)
Key responsibilities may include:
Contributing to Business Process Analysis, Business Architecture and Capability Blueprint efforts
Managing key user expectations/requirements/issues and relationships with customer(s), including responsibility for customer satisfaction
Addressing customer expectations/requirements while balancing broader needs of CIO and Accenture
Participating with CIO Design Agency to confirm UX strategy, design principles, usability criteria and providing feedback on initial concepts through prototype and/or wireframes
Recognizing strategic alignment opportunities across CIO and Accenture capabilities
Contributing to the development of business cases for multiple initiatives within assigned capability
Working with the stakeholder groups to create scope release strategies
Analyzing design metrics to find root causes of variance and identify corrective actions
Helping to ensure requirements are consistently tracked throughout the project
Incorporating commitments from integrating teams and multiple service provider groups
Demonstrating appropriate content knowledge to support solutions
Working with Application Delivery and Global Delivery Network teams to contribute to technical design as well as build and test efforts
Providing appropriate expertise to Peer Review deliverables and work products
Providing feedback to project resources to assist with growth
Supporting end-to-end capability leadership roles including Release Manager, Testing Lead and Deployment Lead
Ensuring quality of end product by elevating business architecture opportunities and concerns throughout the QA process
Supporting Lead PMO structure around manage financials, open demand, risks, issues
This position must be located in Chicago.

Basic Qualification:
Bachelors Degree
Preferred Skills:
Minimum of 4+ years business analysis, application design and application development experience
Minimum of 2+ years of application design, general coding and/or testing skills
Solid IT systems analysis, design and development skills
Strategic IT Planning and integration planning skills at a product level
Minimum of 1+ years formal Program/Project and Financial management experience
