Job Description:


1. Responsible for interfacing with Marketing & Communications on behalf of the tower to create and publish CIO HR technology credentials and success stories

2. Work with Tower Leadership to organize and manage CAL / Client interactions & meetings around CIO HR Technology credentials, and participate in those client meetings to help share our story and key messages

3. Own asset / framework for CIO HR Technology programs to communicate achievements and learnings

4. Provide inputs in change journey of CIO HR Technology transformation initiatives

5. Align CIO HR Technology with enterprise change / journey towers and marketing CoE

6. Work with Tower Leadership to define and align on mission and strategic priorities for the tower

7. Own key forums and communications for the tower town halls, newsletters, etc.

8. Develop and maintain cross program milestones tracker as well as risks/issues

9. Create and maintain various materials such as tower org charts, FY accomplishments throughout the year, etc.

10. Coordinate and stay aligned with PMO

Basic Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree

+ 3+ years of Pre-sales or Account level Technology sales

+ 5+ years of experience with demonstrated progressive responsibility in project management for information technology and/or consulting experience in technology delivery

+ 3+ years of experience in client conversations and presenting in external industry forums & conferences

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Skilled in story telling, Senior level executive conversations, client walkthroughs

+ Hands-on ability to create client communication materials, storyboards and any form of internal & external communication

+ Experience working in a global business environment and working with multiple forms of communication mediums

+ Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) may be advantageous

+ 3+ years of experience in roles involving budgetary responsibility including forecasting and trending financials

+ Demonstrated skills in the use of excel, power point, word and newer forms of communication media

+ Excellent written/verbal communication and facilitation skills for communicating at all levels (employees and leaders); including strong presentation skills

+ Excellent analytical and process/systems thinking skills; excellent problem-solving skills

+ Comfort with ambiguity and able to independently drive resolution of issues and challenges

+ Excellent organizational and technical skills

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
