Cloud Advisory Manager

Provide advisory services to shape and drive significant, value-led transformation. Architect and deliver consulting services focused on next-gen IT models and agile, scalable architectures. Contribute to asset/offering development and thought leadership activities.




Basic
Qualifications


All Accenture ICI Managers are expected to meet the following
general qualifications:



+ Minimum
of a Bachelor's degree.


+ Minimum
of 4 years of Project Management experience serving as a team lead,
technical lead and/or delivery lead.


+ Minimum
of 4 years public cloud/infrastructure/network
discovery, design, build, and migration experience.


+ Bachelor's degree or
equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree,
must have minimum 6 years work experience)


+ It is currently our objective
to assign our people to work near where they live. However, given
the nature of our business and our need to serve clients, our employees
must be able to travel when needed. This role requires 100% flexibility to
travel and work onsite with clients (typically Monday through Thursday).






Accenture ICI Consultants are expected to meet the below
qualifications in one or more of the following focus areas:


Workplace and Collaboration



+ Minimum
of 4 years of professional experience in 3 of the following areas:



+ Collaboration
Technologies (O365, Email, Skype, Cisco WebEx, G-Suite)


+ Mobility
Technologies (InTune, Airwatch)


+ Laptop
Asset/Patch Management (SCCM, Jamf, Lamda, HPCA)


+ Single
Sign-on (Microsoft, Okta)


+ Core
Workplace Services (AD, DNS, DHCP, File Services, Print Services)


+ Cloud
Storage (OneDrive, Box, Google Drive)


+ Computer
Workspace Lifecycle Management (Upgrade management for Windows, OSX)


+ Virtualization
Technologies (VMWare, Citrix, Azure, AWS)







Network Technology



+ Minimum
of 4 years of professional experience in 2 of the following areas:



+ LAN/WAN
Technologies (Viptela/Velocoud/Meraki)


+ Data
Center Network Technologies (load balancers, firewalls)


+ Network
programming (REST API)







Service Management



+ Minimum
of 4 years of professional experience in 3 of the following areas:



+ Infrastructure
Automation, including:



+ IT
teams in identifying and executing automation opportunities


+ Infrastructure-as-code,
orchestration of scripted processes, and/or containers


+ Use
of agile approaches to create and execute automation initiatives



+ Service
Management Transformation


+ Cloud
Operating Model


+ ServiceNow,
Service Assurance Toolsets



+ Possess
an understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles, ITIL
guidelines and how operations automation helps improve IT services and
ITSM processes






Cloud/Hosting



+ Minimum
of 4 years Infrastructure (Server, Storage, and Database) discovery,
design, build, and migration experience.


+ Minimum
of 4 years of professional experience in 3 of the following areas:



+ Server
Operating Systems (e.g. Microsoft Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.) - yes


+ Virtualization
Platforms


+ Cloud
Computing and Storage (AWS, Azure, GCP) - yes


+ Workload
Migration Automation Tools (Double-Take, Racemi, etc.)-yes


+ Infrastructure
Automation (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform)










Preferred
Skills:



+ Infrastructure
technology certifications including but not limited to AWS/Azure/


+ Previous
Consulting or client service delivery experience.


+ Management/Administration of
Public Cloud environments (ex System Admins)
