As part of the Technology Offering Development team, you will drive the initial and ongoing development of clearly defined and highly differentiated cloud offerings, incorporating evolving strategies from public cloud partners and showing the value of hybrid cloud solutions. You will help us position cloud in a world where applications and infrastructure are converging. You will help grow the capabilities of our people to sell the kind of innovation our clients expect, through sales campaign development. And, you will help us be recognized as an industry leader in end to end cloud services, through industry analyst responses and thought leadership.

Details:


An Offering Lead ensures that Accentures relevant assets and capabilities are incorporated into targeted offerings (new or existing), including:



+ enabling sales and delivery professionals with the right content


+ building a heightened market awareness of Accentures offering (including TPA and Industry Analyst engagement)






The Offering Lead will be responsible for developing and managing a highly differentiated offering and its component parts, by collaborating with the business areas to drive profitable sales and revenue growth, across all of the following:



+ Define Offering strategy and market positioning


+ Identify disruptions in the industry that are causing client to spend in this space


+ Identify and monitor current competition and market share


+ Drive innovative / new thinking to ensure a differentiated offering and crisp value proposition within the marketplace


+ Work with Marketing Lead to brand our assets and foster high visibility in the marketplace and internally to client teams




+ Develop and maintain relevant, differentiated value proposition, including a periodic refresh of offering to ensure it captures recent engagement learning and innovation from across Accenture


+ Coordinate with the alliance teams around activity to ensure that we are partnering with best of breed vendors for joint offering and client development


+ Develop and nurture offering capabilities (knowledge, skills, experience, collaboration and networking) across entities and business functions


+ Develop and maintain the offering roadmap, investment planning and business case management.


+ Identify opportunities to harvest / develop new innovations / extensions




+ Contribute to the development of a comprehensive sales campaigns working with the relevant stakeholders (e.g. OGs) to ensure key offerings are integrated in account planning


+ Engage in cross-Accenture initiatives to improve sales


+ Develop / maintain internal primer and sales playbook, to include focus on value proposition, Accenture differentiation and competitor tactics and counter measures


+ Identify, develop and communicate leading client credentials

Basic Qualifications:


2 years of sales/sales support experience (can include solution architecting)


2 years delivery experience


2 years asset, tool and/or offering development/support experience


5 years Project Management (organizing multiple moving pieces for on time delivery)


Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) or an Associate's Degree with 6 years of experience.

usage/uptake and effectiveness measures)
