The Commercial Credit Senior Analyst will perform some or all of the following duties:
Review complex commercial loan documents and verify that the basic requirements for a complete and compliant package are met
Communicate any inconsistencies directly with the client to retrieve any missing, inaccurate documents, and or necessary approvals in a timely manner
Maintain direct contact with the client to ensure loan requirements are met and their interests are protected
Validate loan package completion and submit to client in accordance with procedures
Track compliance based on the terms and conditions set forth in the loan documents, identify trends, and deliver monthly reports to the client
Assist offshore support team in performing compliance functions which include reviewing loan packages for completeness, spreading financials, calculating AR and inventory based borrowing bases, and testing financial covenants
Work with client and offshore team to resolve escalations, clarifications, and variances Identify and research non-compliance issues and report the status of the portfolio to the client
Promote data integrity, quality processes, and exceptional client relationships
Adhere to rigorous timelines and quality indicators Identify strategic and tactical process improvements and work with client management to implement projects.

Bachelors Degree with a major in Math, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or another quant/math-related major. In lieu of a Bachelors Degree, a High school diploma/GED combined with at least five (5) years of Financial Services experience will fulfill the basic qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in commercial lending i.e. reviewing loan documents for completeness, portfolio management, risk analysis, financial analysis
Experience with spreading financials, calculating AR-based borrowing bases, and testing financial covenants
Experience working directly with an offshore team
