Job Description:

Competitive Pricing Lead, to support North America Infrastructure Services deal pursuits. Working closely with deal teams and OU leadership, the Competitive Pricing Lead will influence Accenture sales and solution strategy in order to develop a winning proposal. Candidate will develop a target price model based on understanding of client service requirements, technologies deployed and competitive environment. Gap analysis will highlight focus areas for Accenture to optimize both solution estimates and unit prices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Support Infrastructure Competitive Price Range (CPR) team with competitive analysis and modeling for fixed price deals and rate cards. Work with Infrastructure Solution Architects and Sales Leadership to develop competitive pricing models and establish the win price for North America Infrastructure Outsourcing pursuits.

+ Develop pricing strategy and competitive price for Infrastructure Outsourcing pursuits. Triangulate the appropriate win price based on client budget, internal financial targets, competitive landscape, and client buyer values. Coach Infrastructure sales teams on appropriate commercial structure and deal shape.

+ Work with NA Competitive Intelligence (CI) team to develop competitive analysis tailored to the sales pursuit needs or special projects


Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Case Development, Pricing, Deal Shaping, and Negotiations.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in advanced understanding of Infrastructure Services competitive landscape and tactics.

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in Win Strategy Development, and Value Proposition Development.

+ Minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably with an understanding of infrastructure sales process

+ Minimum of 3 years of experience working with a leading global Infrastructure Services provider.

Job Requirements :

+ Periodic travel to deal team or client sites to assist hands-on with deal - may average 25% travel. Candidate will manage own travel schedule.

+ Periodic conference calls early or late to accommodate working with colleagues in EALA or APAC.

+ Must have knowledge of solution and price development across the range of IS offerings.

+ Strong commercial awareness and insight into strategies employed by competitors within the market. Influencing, communication and presentation skills, required to convey a set of recommendations to Senior Leadership
