Job Description:


Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Contact Center Development Manager in San Francisco, CA to analyze existing Contact Center application and new business requirements by participating in business and technical workshops. S/he will perform the following duties: lead a team of software professionals located across multiple delivery locations, to come up with a technical design that meets all functional specifications derived from the workshops; handle agile project activities like scrum and release management, ensure team completes assigned tasks in each sprint, provide technical guidance/help to the team members; ensure risk mitigation and project progress reporting to senior management; lead team to overcome and mitigate technical challenges during code implementation; ensure the quality of deliverable by keeping QA check list in place; lead team to analyze any production issues and work with business to implement fixes for production defects; and serve as Accenture Manager to manage both onshore and offshore teams for in-scope workstreams.




Basic Qualifications:


This position requires at least a bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or in a closely related field plus 6 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as Agile Scrum Lead / Associate Manager, SOA Integration Lead / Manager or related IT positions. This position also requires the following professional experience: 6 years of experience designing, developing and implementing clinical contact center applications by using Java / J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition); 6 years of experience developing and implementing Spring Webservices for web-portal based applications including clinical contact center applications; 3 years of experience implementing Webgate and PING security for contact center applications with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration); 6 years of experience implementing Devops including Maven and Atlassian tools to automate build pipelines; 6 years of experience implementing Cobertura Junit code quality tools on web portal based applications; and 6 years of experience designing, developing and implementing Clinical Contact Center Application Modernization.
