Overview of North America (NA) Marketing + Communications The North America Marketing + Communications team shapes and activates marketing and communications strategies across the marketing lifecycle that fuel growth for Accentures $20B+ North American market (United States and Canada). Its cross-functional team drives category brand positioning in the North American market, curates end-to-end client experiences to drive the local growth agenda, empowers and positions Accentures leaders, and engages and inspires the companys North American people, recruits and alumni. Copywriting Associate Manager

Typical activities




The specific details of copywriters role do vary, but common activities include:

+ Brainstorming campaign ideas with colleagues

+ Familiarising yourself with the campaign and target audience, writing copy both long and short form and refining until approved (the copy could be for websites, blogs, web articles, invitations, video scripts etc.)

+ Collaborating with our Creative team to make the work great

+ Interacting with internal marketing clients and other members of the team

+ Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the best work is released to the client

Job Qualifications




Basic Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree required

+ Minimum of 5 years creative/copy experience




Preferred Qualifications

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills

+ Ability to write concise, compelling copy, including short, clever taglines

+ In-depth copy capabilities, both in the digital world and adding a human approach

+ Confidence to work independently or in a group

+ Significant industry experience

+ The ability to keep a cool head and meet deadlines

+ Problem solving skills

+ The ability to think creatively and deliver clever concepts

+ The foresight to put themselves in the shoes of the user

+ Meticulous attention to detail

+ Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian






Work Requirements

+ Virtual role, working from home or local office may need to travel on occasion for meetings.







As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $62,640 - $143,900and information on benefits offered is here.
