Corporate - HR People Advisor & Talent Supply Demand Specialist



Job Summary


The role will work with the leadership
team to understand the business environment and to determine, develop and
execute innovative solutions to address work priorities within the targeted service group in order to improve business
processes.





Key Responsibilities


HR
Advisory


-
Understand the business priorities, the
competitive edge and positioning of the company in the marketplace


-
Work closely with the leadership team to build
morale, increase retention to maximize organizational productivity


-
Manage key HR processes and provide consultancy
on integration and engagement, performance management and associated
compensation process, talent mobility, and exit management


-
Serve as a main point of contact for employee
relations issues, provide guidance and intervention as needed


-
Advise executives and employees on HR policy,
ensuring compliance to the company's policies


-
Provide input for improvement of programs,
processes and policies and accountable for driving consistent and effective
people services


-
Support employee career planning and development,
plan and coordinate training programs to meet the training targets


Project
Scheduling & Supply/Demand Management


-
Support the leadership team and project managers
on staffing plans by understanding demands, providing perspective on
availability and challenges


-
Work with other Resource Pool Specialists and
Recruitment, to provide a fully coordinated resource plan


-
Manage and monitor the best role-matching for
employees


-
Facilitate and improve supply/demand
effectiveness, processes and policies when necessary


-
Maintain accurate scheduling data in systems and
provide analysis reports to stakeholders

Requirements



- Bachelor Degree; IT, Science or Engineering major is a plus



- At least 4 years of relevant experiences, with at least 2 years of business partnering experience in MNC. IT industry background is a plus



- Effective written and verbal communication skills (Cantonese, Mandarin and English)



- Good interpersonal and influencing skills



- Good team player with proven ability to work independently



- Well organized with strong multi-tasking and time management skills



- Ability to work under pressure
