Corporate Functions Marketing & Communications


As part of this team, youll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. Youll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.





YOUR ROLE: Corporate Reputation & Non-Financial Reporting Lead





Lead integrated marketing and communications aimed at continuously improving Accentures reputation and performance as a responsible business and employer of choice. Special focus on reputation management, non-financial reporting and awards and rankings, which play key roles in advancing Accentures leadership position in the marketplace. Your expertise and insights will help guide key internal stakeholders, build credibility and drive corporate reputation and impact for Accenture.



Center of excellence for the corporate awards and rankings program a portfolio of 160+

annual opportunities responsible for strategy, approach, curation and

ensuring a consistent execution from application development to promotion

worldwide. Lead day-to-day management and execution of corporate marketing and communications priorities, with an emphasis on reputation management, awards and rankings, and non-financial reporting. Extrapolate key insights from these initiatives, which lead to recommendations aimed at continuously advancing Accentures reputation and performance as a responsible business and employer of choice. Identify connection points across all our initiatives in order to develop overarching strategic storylines. Partner with key corporate functions and senior executives to identify opportunities to improve Accentures performance and reputation as a responsible business and employer of choice leveraging competitive intel and insights. Develop a plan for Accentures transparency journey from goals and targets to workforce disclosures envisioned and executed in a timely a consistent fashion across the business. Lead the formation of a programmatic approach for awards and rankings across the

business, supporting Accentures DTEs, OGs and Geographies, which includes best practices, knowledge sharing and a scorecard to track performance. Set global non-financial reporting guidelines for Accentures DTEs, OGs and Geographies to ensure alignment and consistency and where to go for support. Support and inform strategies for corporate citizenship and inclusion, diversity and equality on an ongoing basis. Develop and manage budget and resource needs to achieve objectives.

YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications

+ Education: Bachelor's Degree

+ Work Experience:

+ Minimum 7 years of marketing and communications experience with a track record for high performance











SET YOURSELF APART: Preferred Skills

+ Data fluency, Content creation (long and short form), People management, Project management, Storytelling

+ Deep knowledge of core marketing and communications essentials, including communication strategy and planning, audience analysis, message development, vehicles and channels, and measurement tactics

+ Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to successfully

manage multiple projects simultaneously while managing a team of marketing and communications professionals, including contractors and third-party vendors

+ Proven marketing and communications project management and execution skills, including executive communications experience

+ Professional services, B2B marketing and communications or public relations agency experience a must

+ Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint and website content management tools, i.e. Wordpress
