Basic Qualifications


Minimum of 3 years of IT experience as a business analyst with extensive P&C Insurance and Guidewire experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Agile Scrum methodology


Preferred Qualifications


Subject matter expert with excellent communication skills to work directly with business leadership and guide and lead requirement sessions on various P&C LOBs
Works closely with the testing to ensure the coverage of business-critical functionalities
P&C domain knowledge
Leads and guides other BAs in the team
