Customer Sales & Service - Sales Channel Transformation Manager

You Are:

An experienced manager with strong insight and experience in end-to-end B2B enterprise sales and channel partner transformation. You are deeply passionate about helping your clients constantly evolve to deliver more curated experiences, seamless interactions and immediate satisfaction. To do this, you have to create an environment that fosters an ecosystem to deliver the types of experiences that drive growth. This may require helping your clients rethink their marketing, sales, solutions/offerings, and customer success motions to improve the partner experience. The successful candidate in this role will be accountable working with Accenture leadership to help our clients with their go-to-market strategies and use the right mix of technologies to optimize processes and operations to unleash new sources of value.

+ Evaluate clients current sales functions, sales processes and recommend sales ecosystem solutions that address their unique market and organizational needs

+ Redesign client functions like sales talent management, incentive management and strategies, and operations as needed to achieve their goals

+ Design and implement strategic selling tools with the support of project teams

+ Build clients capabilities to measure and improve their sales productivity metrics

+ Lead change-management initiatives that drive adoption, ease implementation, and position clients sales and partner transformation solutions for ongoing success

+ Establish credibility as a strategic advisor and support business development efforts

+ Mentor junior team members, and continue to grow your own expertise

+ Support offering development in sales and channel transformation

+ Strong analytical and conceptual skills

+ Strong networker, proactively visible and collaborative, ability to establish strong ties inside of Accenture and at the client

+ Entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative

+ Navigates successfully in a highly matrixed and rapidly changing organization

Heres What You Need:

At least 5 years of professional experience in the following:

+ Analyzing and assessing sales processes for GTM, end to end B2B enterprise sales, B2C, inside sales and operations

+ Experience building, leading or advising high performing partner programs, partner development, partner sales execution, partner recruit, partner operations and/or business development/co-sell teams

+ Using data analytics on sales and business performance

+ Driving or participating in large, complex global transformation programs

At least 3 years of experience working with:

+ Cloud (SaaS) solutions and determining how they fit into a clients larger application ecosystem

+ Cloud and on-premise applications for channel partner compensation or incentives, and for channel sales data collection

Bachelors Degree (preferred Masters Degree or MBA)

Some experience working in a consulting environment

Bonus Points If:

+ Your Bachelors degree is in engineering, computer science, information systems, or business

+ Knowledge of industry trends for partner programs and platforms

+ Hands on experience with Salesforce.com, MS Dynamics other leading CRM, CPQ or ICM applications as well as other tools used for large data collection and analysis

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $119,880 - $227,600 and information on benefits offered is here.
