You Are:


A strategist with a passion for innovating and delivering effective customer service and experience strategies to drive profitable growth. You understand the ins and outs of customer support organizations, what drives call volume, how to think about customer support in a digital/self-service manner (incl. AI-powered virtual assistants), and youre ready to apply your knowledge to help clients optimize and transform their customer service solutions. In addition, your expertise includes a wide range of go-to-market skills, including: customer economics and segmentation, growth strategy, customer engagement strategy & design, and CX operating model designs.


You are at the forefront of industry trends, constantly seeking new ideas to bring to our clients. You consider yourself an expert at establishing and nurturing client relationships and are equally capable of applying those interpersonal skills to develop and maximize the talents of your team members. These skills enable you to deliver on a wide range of engagements that help your clients set and achieve their strategic and operational objectives. In addition, youve led customer service and customer experience transformations and are familiar with the selling processes (e.g., youve pitched proposals and solutions to help solve problems).





The Work:

+ Partner with clients across industries to develop innovative and transformative customer service and customer experience strategies for driving growth and cost-effectiveness

+ Develop strategic direction to redesign clients organizational structure, processes, and technology capabilities so they can deliver optimal customer experiences

+ Lead teams in identifying and executing solutions to meet the needs of clients; Draw on industry best practices to inform recommendations

+ Create and share thought leadership and cross-industry perspective with senior clients

+ Initiate relationships and build trust with clients to raise Accentures profile as a long-term trusted advisor and partner

+ Manage responses to RFPs and support business development efforts

+ Mentor junior members of the Customer Strategy team and groom them for more responsibility






Heres What You Need:

+ Bachelors degree

+ Minimum combined 8 years professional experience consulting in the following areas: Customer experience, customer service and/or commercial strategy organizations

+ Strong client communication skills

+ Strong quantitative and analytics skills

+ A proven track record of delivery on complex and impactful client engagements






Bonus Points if:

+ You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree

+ Specific experience with competitive agility, growth strategy, and digital strategy

+ Prior experience in driving insights using visualization and analytics tools

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $159,516 - $288,500 and information on benefits offered is here.
