People in our Client Delivery & Operations career track drive delivery and capability excellence through the design, development and/or delivery of a solution, service, capability or offering. They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.

Job Description:

+ Analyze customer requests for validity and urgency

+ Interface with multiple functional areas to investigate cases and acquire information

+ Accurate review and entry of required data points, as defined by customer

+ Identify and escalate emergency requests, as needed

+ Clarify request information, issues, and inquiries through correspondence with customer

+ Manage open and unresolved tasks under individual ownership

+ Discover workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions to improve operations

Key Requirement:

+ Must be able to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule

Basic Qualifications:

+ Minimum 12 months Customer Service Delivery experience

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with MS Office

+ Experience in a legal and/or law enforcement environment

+ Results and detail oriented

+ Experience receiving work orders via ticketing system with quick turnaround times.

+ Associates Degree

Professional Skills:

+ Investigative skills combined with the ability to navigate through ambiguity in a fast paced, dynamic environment

+ Willingness to work with sensitive, adult, and controversial content

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
