About the Role:





As a Workflow Implementation Analyst on the Tech Tools Authorable Workflow team, you'll play a critical part of the next big bet for large social medias customer care, collaborating with a diverse set of cross-functional stakeholdersacross MaP (Design), Program Management and moreto compose, deploy, and test automated workflows. Job Responsibilities


Transform workflow designs and mocks to functional troubleshooters using internal authoring tools (e.g., Redwood)


Meticulously log changes to workflow structures and proactively document best practices and difficulties for the rest of the team


Review and sign off on code health and quality of colleagues workflow projects ahead of launches, ensuring the highest standard of functionality and design


Simultaneously manage multiple workflow implementation projects while keeping business stakeholders and leadership informed of statuses, risks, and challenges


Location


This is not a virtual/remote role; the work is based at the client premises in San Jose and requires a distinct level of professionalism. Relocation assistance is not provided.





Hours / Shifts


Except as noted below, the role requires incumbents to work Monday through Friday (Day Shift) on a 9-hour shift with 8 paid hours. We are currently offering one shift: M-F 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.





Training


Individuals are provided paid training. During the training and initial ramp-up period, individuals will work day hours as determined by the team.

























Basic Qualifications






+ High School Diploma


+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer/Service
Technical troubleshooting


+ Minimum of 1 year of experience with people management
and reporting


+ Minimum 1 year of client management experience




Preferred Qualifications:



+ Computer Science degree OR


+ 5 + years of programming experience


+ 1 + Coding Experience (High-level, understanding of
Java, C/C++, Python)
