Job Description:

Data Architectures professionals demonstrate data architecture skills and specific experience in designing, implementing and testing data architectures, covering one or more of the structured and unstructured data, enterprise and integration data model domains. Solid expertise of strategic and implementation experience across broader Data and Analytics functions such as Master data management, data governance, data lineage, data quality, data lake, predictive and cognitive analytics, Artificial intelligence, RPA and Machine learning leveraging leading tools and technologies in market place

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Work with executive-level clients to unlock new potential streams of business value by delivering one or more data hub projects and programs
Shape client solutions and support the sales cycle, including development of the strategy, definition of the analytics vision and strategies, development of the business case, redefinition of the operating model and talent strategy, management of the change journey to deliver sustainable business value, and driving the comprehensive technology solution & architecture for the client needs on leading technology platforms
Act as the architect for our most transformative opportunities, enabling an end-to-end analytics journey
Responsible for creating current and to-be state consumer data models (leverage automation)
Ensure the to-be model is inclusive of integration of data across systems, collection, storage, processing, management, governance and analysis of data
Be accountable for mobilizing the delivery team, identifying appropriate resources and rolling them on to the engagement
Provide leadership to the delivery teams on "what to do" and "how to do it"
Accountable for ensuring that the projects or programs adhere to Delivery best practices and principles
Play a key role on the leadership team building the advisory practice, assets, and providing thought leadership
Cascade engagement-specific objectives and use these to drive performance evaluation across the delivery team
Understand and manage client expectations to enable a successful partnership between client and Accenture teams
Take financial ownership: ability to manage project financials
Originate and develop sales opportunities
Build strong and lasting client relationships


Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in broader data management and analytics framework, industry best practices
Solid hands-on experience in enterprise data and analytics architecture strategy and implementation experience and experience leading Business Led Technology enabled data and analytics program
Experienced with data management capabilities which includes Master and Reference data management, Data governance, data quality, metadata management, data lake, data integration (batch and Realtime, near real time, streaming), predictive and cognitive analytics architecture.
Cross-industry experience executing data and analytics types of program required
Experience with Consumer Goods, Retail, Industrial and Life science/Pharma industry
Certification in TOGAF Architecture Framework, 4+1 and Zachman Framework preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Non-relational Data Warehouses (NoSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra)
Big Data Technologies: MapReduce, Pig, Hive, HBase, Sqoop, Spark, Flume, YARN, Kafka, Storm
Professional Skill Requirements:
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous work streams and shift / adjust resources to achieve optimal results
Well connected with cutting-edge analytics techniques and be confident about how to apply them to generate insights and recommendations
Superior understanding of how to manage client relationships, deliver analytics value, and influence senior clients to define and expand data-driven strategies into new applications and markets
Strong data management technology background
Ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Collaborative - strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), and the ability to mentor others
Experience interacting with clients of all levels to review expected outputs, applicability to business challenges, and data veracity
