You Are:


The Technology Delivery Lead is responsible for leading sales and delivery of projects and programs of work on a large, complex accounts operating in a multi-geography delivery model. As a part of Data & AI practice for financial services, you will be responsible for leading large complex data led transformation programs focused on bringing immense business value to client.




The Work:


It is expected the Technology Delivery Lead will be an experienced delivery lead and that delivery background will be combined with sales and new opportunity origination skills in Financial Services industry and data and analytics area.




You will be part of a highly collaborative and growing network of Financial Services technology and data experts, who are taking on todays biggest, most complex business challenges using the latest data and analytics technologies. + Delivery Leadership oversight for a project or program of work in Data and Analytics domain


+ Identification and implementation of innovation opportunities leveraging cutting edge data capabilities (Data Migration on Cloud, Data Management, Data Governance, Data Virtualization, Data Integration (ETL), Data Migration, Data Quality, Data Mesh, etc.) to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work


+ Stakeholder governance to drive high client satisfaction


+ Origination of new opportunities to help the client achieve organizational goals while growing Accentures portfolio of work


+ Financial management for a project or program of work including resource planning and profit and loss.





For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

What You Need:



+ A minimum of 10 years of experience in Delivery Management, specifically System Integration and/or Application Outsourcing for Data & Analytics programs


+ A minimum of 8 years of experience managing offshore resources.


+ A minimum 6 years of experience in the data strategy and build of data and analytics solutions


+ A minimum 5 years of experience in leading data strategy engagements involving the architecture of modern data platforms with technologies such as Big Data and Cloud


+ A minimum of 5 years of Agile experience.


+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)


+ Proficiency in one of the Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)


+ Experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically Capital Markets/Banking.





Bonus Points If:



+ Agile certifications


+ Engineering experience considered a plus


+ Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning tools

+ Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.


+ Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.


+ Desire to work in an information systems environment.


+ Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.


+ Excellent leadership and management skills





As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $159,516 - $263,400 and information on benefits offered is here.
