Job Description:



Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Data Integration Manager in Raleigh, NC to lead cross-functional product development teams to design, develop and enhance software assets that meet or exceed internal and external (customer) expectation, and meet product functionality, cost and delivery schedules. S/he will perform the following duties: create an environment that fosters accountability, quality, commitment, growth and innovation; support the sales process as needed by participating in the solution design; create integration development plan and drive technical design, build and test of objects in scope; work with functional team to create a high-level design of an end-to-end integration solution; create a draft inventory of all cross-application integrations or interfaces, the run schedules, owner names and contact information and any dependencies; facilitate working sessions with the interfacing application teams to ensure cross-team communication and collaboration; identify cross-team issues and communicate them to the appropriate team leads; interact with client and key product owners; manage scrum team deliveries, updates, changes; maintain scrum teams user stories, points; report the latest status of each team and the entire project deliverables to the client and internally; identify and report sprint delivery challenges; hold a daily sprint review with each scrum team; keep the technology business moving by building and leading High-performance teams; drive profitability and continued success though managing service quality, cost and leadership of the people delivering services across projects/programs/portfolios of all scale; support sales through innovative solutions, leading the execution of the solution plan and delivery excellence programs to achieve the delivery and commercial expectations of Accenture offerings; lead the project implementations from a technological perspective this role requires significant client engagement, leadership, communications, and interfacing with stakeholders across Accenture to implement the projects engagement strategy; interact with client and all representatives; and provide technical guidance and trainings to the implementation teams and ensure that the implementation follow the finest practice configuration principles.

















Basic Qualifications:



This position requires at least a bachelors degree, or its foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, Engineering (any), or a closely related field plus 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience as a System Analyst, Software Engineer, or in a related IT position. Including the following professional experience: 3 years of experience in overseeing cross-functional teams to analyze, build and deliver technology solutions; 2 years of experience in utilizing Agile and DevOps for application development and maintenance; 5 years of experience in using Data Integration Tools to deliver client solutions; 5 years of experience using Database Design and Development to build custom solution for clients; 5 years of experience in building business object reports based on client requirements.
